Rental cars

Yes. Reservations are always payed in person at the start of your term. However, security deposits are collected at the time of booking.

Where do I go to pick up my rental?

Most rentals have their own signing location, typically in dealership lots. To find out the signing location for your vehicle of interest, you can click on that vehicle’s product page and look under “signing location”. If you already have an outstanding reservation, this information can be found in a confirmation email.

Will a Fulton V employee assist me with picking up my rental?

Yes. We will always have an agent meet you at the signing location at the time that you are scheduled to pick up your rental. The agent is responsible for noting damage, collecting your payment information and other signing procedures.

Can I extend a rental?

You must book your term with exact dates (maximum 28 days per term). We cannot guarantee extensions due to these cars being available for bookings at any time.

What happens if my rental has a mechanical issue or breaks down?

Generally, our vehicles are serviced well, but if you notice anything unusual, contact us. We will make immediate arrangements to come wherever you are
to service your rental. See our contact page for specific mechanical claims information.

Why can’t I change my rental start/ end time?

Each vehicle has a fixed signing time and it cannot be customized. We do this to make operations easier and allow more bookings for our renters as we experience high demand.

What if I must return a rental early?

We do not allow early returns. If you return your rental to the signing location early, we may not be able to send an agent to process your return. You will be charged a fee and will not be reimbursed.

Operations

Where are you guys located?

Our rental car marketplace is counter-less. However, we are available to assist anytime. There are several ways to get in touch with us and multiple lots to rent vehicles from.

Can I buy insurance from you?

No. We do not sell insurance. All renters must already have an active auto policy.

Can I use your cars for Uber or Lyft?

We do not restrict our renters from making money with our vehicles through platforms like these. If you are complying with the terms on your rental agreement, which may or may not permit you to use these platforms, you are free to use your rental under any line of work.

Can I make modifications to an existing reservation?

Yes. You will have contact us to make changes to your reservation. Some areas can be modified but may be subject to availability.

Additional drivers We allow one driver per rental agreement.

Age requirement The minimum age to rent is 18.

Cancellation policy Canceled reservations will be accepted if we are informed more than 24 hours ahead of scheduled pickup time.

Discounts Coupon codes cannot be combined.

Insurance All renters are required to have full coverage auto insurance.

Mileage All rentals include 50 miles per day. All renters are subject to charges at a rate of $0.25/mile after exceeding their limits.

Payment method Cashier’s checks, money orders, and cash are accepted forms of payment. For security deposits, we accept Credit, debit, and prepaid debit cards.

Prohibited Smoking in, on, or around our rentals; early/late returns; drivers not listed on the rental agreement; driving outside of geographic range (100 miles of signing location).

Security deposit $200 held on a credit card, debit card or prepaid debit card.

Tolls Renters are responsible for all toll charges incurred throughout their rental term.
